Rebecca Mason's impressive real estate career spans three decades. Prior to returning to Stribling at Compass as Sales Manager, she served as the Managing Director at CityRealty, where she made significant contributions to the firm's success. Now, as Sales Manager of Stribling at Compass, she leverages her extensive experience and leadership skills to drive growth and excellence. Prior to her time at CityRealty, Rebecca held the position of Downtown Sales Manager at Stribling and Associates, overseeing approximately 100 sales agents in the firm's Chelsea and Tribeca offices. With over thirty years of experience in real estate, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of the industry, including residential brokerage, asset management, construction, commercial leasing, rental leasing, retail leasing, and financing.
She is actively involved in industry associations such as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), where she has contributed her expertise to the Residential Ethics Committee, the REBNY Ethics and Professional Practices Committee, and the Deal of the Year Committee. Rebecca's leadership extends to her past role as President of the Association of Real Estate Women, now known as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), a prominent networking organization in the industry.
